Return Policy

Return Policy: You can ask us for a refund or an exchange if:

  • Wrong item sent to you;
  • The item has quality problem;
  • You are not feel well with the item.

To return an item, please email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.

Returns in the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.

Goods must be returned within 8 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 20% re-stocking/processing fee and return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Sensitive or personal material is handled only by qualified employees and not kept in open areas of our server. Our security policies also prohibit the transfer of personal material such as account information unless they have been encypted by approved methods.

Please allow:

  • for transit time for DMF Company to receive your return (2 - 7 business days)
  • for processing upon receipt (1 - 3 business days)
  • for the bank to process our refund request (10 - 25 business days)
